Print-On-Demand (POD) Products:

All physical items are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful. Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing before shipping.


Digital Products:

Digital products (such as downloads or files) are delivered instantly via email or download link after purchase. There are no shipping charges for digital items.


2. Estimated Shipping Times (for POD Items)

Shipping times vary depending on your location:


  • United States: Generally 5-10 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days


Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, holidays, or other shipping carrier delays.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for physical products are calculated at checkout based on your order’s destination, weight, and quantity. We do our best to offer competitive and transparent shipping costs.

 

Digital products do not incur shipping charges.


4. Split Shipments

As some of our products may ship from different fulfillment centers or be a combination of physical and digital items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your POD order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Digital product orders are typically fulfilled immediately. If you do not receive your download link, please contact us.


6. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We offer international shipping on most POD products. Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, carrier issues, or high order volume during holidays.
